8 Ways to Customize Your Authntk Account

Every dealership and sales professional is different, so it’s important that we strive for customization in all Authntk features. What may work for one dealership might cause another dealership to fail.

From branding to custom reporting options, we’re showing you the most popular and effective ways to make your Authntk account your own.

Email Message

Even though you’re sending a video, the text that accompanies it is also important.

The customer may not be able to watch the video as soon as they receive it, and your customized message will tell them what’s in the video and why it’s important.  This text can also be customized for each campaign. For example, the message for an appointment confirmation would be different than one for a walkaround video.

Landing Page

The video landing page (not the email, but the page where the video will be viewed) has a variety of opportunities to make it your own.

There are 3 main sections of the landing page: the salesman’s profile, the message, and the banner and background. These areas include your headshot, social and website links, brand logos and colors, special promotions, etc. You also have the option to build your own page!

Campaigns

Video campaigns are the categories of videos you send, they correspond to different customized materials like landing pages and email verbiage. Vehicle walkarounds, introductions, repair service, and post-sale follow up’s are all examples of campaigns that a sales or service professional may use.

As an Authntk customer you’re able to customize these campaigns based on your video goals. Some popular customized campaigns include birthday videos, purchase anniversaries, appointment confirmations, etc.

White Labeling

You have the option to white-label your emails and links. This will change the sender URL and all links in the email to match your dealership’s domain, instead of a random link generated by Authntk. This helps servers and the recipient recognize a trusted sender which increases email deliverability and trust.  For more details on white-labeling check out “

Video Approval

Managers have the option to choose which user’s videos get auto-approved and go straight through to sending, and which user’s videos need approval first.

YouTube

As an Authntk user, you have the option to push your videos straight through to YouTube. If this option is turned on, every time you send a video to a customer it will upload straight to a YouTube channel of your choosing.

Texting

Most of our customers take advantage of sending an SMS text message along with their video email.

If you choose you do not want a text message to accompany your video email, simply leave the “Number” field blank when filling out the customer’s information. If you provide a phone number in this field, a text message will automatically be sent.

Access

Choose who will have manager access.  Users on this list are able to access overall dealership video reporting, individual salesman’s reporting, and every video sent for each user. Managers also have the option to be blind copied on all video emails.
