If I sign up, is there a contract?

The Authntk Agreement is month-to-month, no long-term commitments. There is a 30 day cancellation policy.

Can I see my team's video usage?

Yes. As a manager, you will have access to the admin site where you can view usage reports for your whole team as well as detailed reports on videos views and other stats.

How do I add or remove users?

You will have a dedicated account representative that will take care of user additions, removals, and edits. Just contact your rep anytime you need changes.

What if I forget my username and password?

You’ll need to send an email to support@authntk.com and we will reset your log in.

Can I view my team's videos before they're sent to the customer?

Yes, we can turn on video moderation in your account. This will email a list of moderators or managers so they can view and approve a video before it’s sent to the customer.

How long does it take to get set up with Authntk?

We aim for a 48 hour turnaround time for setting up your Authntk account and customized branding.

Does using Authntk take up storage on my servers?

No. We store all of your videos on our secure Amazon AWS servers. No space is required on your end.

Will I have issues with videos going to spam?

There are no issues with spam filters because the emails are a one-to-one communication. We can also white-label your sending domain which allows the Internet Service Providers (ISP) to verify that the email is coming from a legit sender.
